You may be able to obtain information by contacting your local Sheriff’s Department in the county in which you live. It is at the discretion of that Sheriff whether a local list is being maintained at that office. You can google your county Sheriff’s Department, and their phone number will be listed.
However, the statewide database is generated mainly for law enforcement; and will be treated as a public information request.
